2025 Distinctive Educational Activities②:A Tanabata festival was held.
掲載日:2025年07月31日
On Thursday, July 3rd, a Tanabata festival was held during the class seminar time. Writing wishes on strips of paper (tanzaku) and hanging them on bamboo branches is a traditional custom of the Tanabata Festival. In the seminar, the Bekka students learned about the history and meaning of this custom. Together with the Bekka SAs (Student Assistants), they engaged in conversation in Japanese while making Tanabata decorations such as paper cranes, writing their wishes in Japanese on tanzaku. The Bekka students had an enjoyable time while experiencing Japanese culture.
*[Bekka Student Assistants include Takushoku University graduate and undergraduate students who interact with Bekka students by assisting class teachers during class seminars on Thursdays and seasonal events. (Official volunteer activities of the Bekka, Takushoku University)]
